BSc. degree in Computer Science from a known university or equivalent experience Excellent understanding of software engineering principles and best practices 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience Hands-on production experience with C, C++ or Rust Strong low-level systems experience on a desktop operating system - Windows, macOS or Linux Good understanding of multithreaded development, synchronization and data structures Experience with networking, network protocols and networking environments Experience building security software on the endpoint (EPP/EDR or similar) - Major advantage Experience with low-level OS work such as drivers, system extensions or kernel-adjacent code - Advantage Familiarity with additional languages used across our stack (C#, Swift, Python; occasionally Java/Go or backend services) - Advantage Curiosity, and ideally hands-on experience, applying AI to make engineering and products better - Advantage Big dreams paired with hands on the keyboard - you think ahead, but you ship Passionate about delivering a great user experience Motivated and independent, a fast learner who is great at problem-solving A team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, who stays steady through pivots
