Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and specialized functions, from workforce planning and intake through offer negotiation and close.
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract high-caliber talent in competitive and evolving markets.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, networking, and relationship-building activities.
Serve as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, providing guidance on talent availability, market dynamics, role design, compensation considerations, and hiring strategy.
Conduct HR interviews and provide comprehensive candidate assessments to support effective hiring decisions.
Partner with hiring teams to design effective assessment processes, calibrate interview feedback, and ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
Leverage recruiting metrics, funnel analytics, and market insights to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and optimize hiring outcomes.
Drive a best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining a high bar for quality, fairness, and consistency throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate closely with People Partners, Compensation, Finance, and global Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver business-critical hiring outcomes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruiting practices, interviewer effectiveness, sourcing capabilities, and talent acquisition operations across the organization
7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology companies or global organizations.
Strong knowledge of the Israeli talent market and hiring landscape.
Proven experience recruiting for complex and hard-to-fill technical and business roles.
Ability to influence stakeholders and provide thoughtful guidance on hiring decisions.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
Experience using recruiting data and market insights to drive decision-making.
Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
High ownership, strong judgment, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
