Role Overview

The Director of Finance will oversee the company’s financial planning, business operations finance, and strategic finance functions managing a finance team based in Israel and in the US. This role will serve as a strategic business partner to the EVP of Finance and the broader executive team, supporting decision-making across go-to-market, operations, product investments, and company growth initiatives.

Finance Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage a distributed Finance organization, including team members in Israel and the U.S., with ownership across FP&A, business finance, and operational finance activities.
  • Establish and enforce operating cadences, reporting timelines, and accountability across the finance organization to support high-quality execution and business partnership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with GTM, Operations, Product, and HR leaders to support strategic planning and operational decision-making.Prepare and deliver high-quality monthly financial data.
  • Solid understanding of core accounting and financial reporting concepts to support effective business and operational decision-making.

Strategic Finance & Business PartnershipFP&A

  • Monitor budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Prepare variance analysis and performance reporting for the EVP of Finance and executive leadership.
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership on key business initiatives, including scaling operations, evaluating new growth opportunities, and supporting transaction-related work. 
  • Track and analyze key SaaS and operational metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, Rule of 40, CAC Payback, and Sales Efficiency. 

Operational Finance

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including billing, collections, and expense management.
  • Support process improvements across finance and adjacent operational workflows.
  • Step into high-priority finance initiatives as needed, including scaling systems and supporting transaction-related work.

  • 8+ years of experience across FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, or related finance functions.
  • Prior experience as a Director of Finance, Strategic Finance Lead, FP&A Director, or similar business-focused finance leadership role.
  • Experience in investment banks, venture capital funds, consulting firms, or high-growth technology companies is a strong advantage 
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and business partnering capabilities.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology environments .
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce, BI platforms ).
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal, mother tongue level).
