Systems Analyst - Boaideas

At BOA Ideas, we build complex eCommerce experiences, customer-facing platforms, and large-scale integrations for some of the leading brands in Israel and around the world. We're looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join us for a major new project launching in the coming weeks. We're looking for someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.

This is a chance to be part of a major global project, collaborate with both business and technology teams, and play a key role in building scalable solutions across different markets.

What You'll Do

• Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
• Design and document workflows and system processes.
• Support the implementation of a new global loyalty platform and its integrations.
• Work with APIs and system connections across platforms like eCommerce, CRM, ERP, and customer service tools.
• Create and manage Jira tasks and user stories.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product managers, business teams, and external partners throughout the project.
• Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and help prepare the system for launch.
• Keep documentation clear, organized, and up to date.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in IT projects — MUST
• Experience with Shopify or other enterprise eCommerce platforms — MUST
• Immediate availability — MUST
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience writing functional specifications and documenting business processes.
• Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, JSON, XML).
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Experience with Loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement platforms — advantage.
• Experience with Postman and API testing — advantage.
• Experience working with international teams and external vendors — advantage.
