At BOA Ideas, we build complex eCommerce experiences, customer-facing platforms, and large-scale integrations for some of the leading brands in Israel and around the world. Our projects combine technology, business thinking, and seamless user experiences to create solutions that make a real impact.
We're looking for an experienced Systems Analyst to join us for a major new project launching in the coming weeks. We're looking for someone who can start immediately and hit the ground running.
This is a chance to be part of a major global project, collaborate with both business and technology teams, and play a key role in building scalable solutions across different markets.
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyze business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional solutions.
- Design and document workflows and system processes.
- Support the implementation of a new global loyalty platform and its integrations.
- Work with APIs and system connections across platforms like eCommerce, CRM, ERP, and customer service tools.
- Create and manage Jira tasks and user stories.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QA, product managers, business teams, and external partners throughout the project.
- Support testing, troubleshoot issues, and help prepare the system for launch.
- Keep documentation clear, organized, and up to date.

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in IT projects — MUST
- Experience with Shopify or other enterprise eCommerce platforms — MUST
- Immediate availability — MUST
- Experience implementing SaaS solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience writing functional specifications and documenting business processes.
- Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, JSON, XML).
- Hands-on experience with SQL.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with Loyalty, CRM, or customer engagement platforms — advantage.
- Experience with Postman and API testing — advantage.
- Experience working with international teams and external vendors — advantage.
