At Mentee Robotics, we’re building the next generation of humanoid robots — combining AI, perception, reasoning, and dexterous manipulation into real-world autonomous systems.

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruiting team and help us attract exceptional talent across software, AI, robotics, hardware, and engineering roles.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical positions.
  • Proactively source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and additional creative sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define recruiting strategies.
  • Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS systems.
  • Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives across social media and professional communities.
  • Help drive a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

דרישות

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a startup or high-tech environment.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software, AI, Robotics, Hardware, Embedded, or related fields.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Creative, proactive, and highly organized mindset.
  • Fluent English and Hebrew.
