Talent Acquisition – Temporary Position - Aitech Systems

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition to join our HR team for a 3-month temporary position, with an option to extend.

The role includes responsibility for recruitment processes at our Israel site, working closely with hiring managers and managing a variety of positions.

What will you do?

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes – from sourcing and screening through offer and onboarding.

• Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Source and recruit candidates, including passive candidates.

• Support and improve recruitment processes at the Israel site.

• 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment within an in-house organization.

• Hands-on experience with Comeet.

• Strong sourcing skills and experience engaging passive candidates.

• Independence, initiative, organization, and the ability to drive processes forward.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High-level English
