Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical workflows clearly. Native level English.

Execute Campaigns in HubSpot: Build, test, and deploy email marketing campaigns, manage list segmentations, and set up marketing automation workflows. Execute Advertising Campaigns : Work alongside our advertising manager to build and update online advertising campaigns. Creative Problem Solving through Automation: Work with tools like Claude, Zapier and n8n to architect creative workarounds, bridge system gaps, and automate processes that make our marketing data more intelligent and our team more agile. Maintain CRM Health: Handle day-to-day data entry, mapping, and cleanup between HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure seamless alignment between Marketing and Sales. QA & Troubleshooting: Meticulously test marketing links, forms, email layouts, and automation logic before they go live to ensure a flawless user experience. Documentation: Create and maintain clear, step-by-step documentation for internal processes and system setups.
