Technical Program Manager - AT&T

As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a key leadership role, driving initiatives that enhance AT&T technicians' work in the field through innovative, cutting-edge technologies. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, business, and AI transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Drive delivery execution, release management, organizational readiness, and risk mitigation.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business and operational needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Improve field operations through automation, GenAI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
• Remove barriers, manage dependencies, and accelerate execution across multiple organizations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Strong technical background with broad understanding of software development and technology delivery.
• Proven experience leading large-scale programs and strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Delivery and Release Management practices.
• Strong business acumen and ability to effectively engage both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience driving AI adoption, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
