Technical Recruiter (6 months Contract) - Sentinellabs

Manage full-cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, and evaluate top candidates. Source and maintain a diverse pipeline of passive candidates across tech sectors (cloud, security, data, and analytics). Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders in Tel Aviv, the US, and Prague to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent. Act as an advocate for both hiring managers and candidates; establish regular touchpoints and maintain thorough follow-through. Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes during this 6-month period. Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates. Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience. Around 4-7 years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical and tech-industry hiring. Comfortable with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment. Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Proven ability to effectively collaborate with business leaders globally. Strong focus on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills. Experience at a startup or in a scrappy, fast-moving culture is a must; cybersecurity experience is a plus. Experience with Greenhouse ATS is a plus. Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc.). Innovative out-of-the-box thinker-you know the playbook, but you’re not limited by it. A positive attitude: you’re a team player and you work effectively with different teams. Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize. Availability to commit to a 6-month temporary contract.
