Training Developer - Airobotics

We are looking for a Training Developer with a strong technical orientation and excellent instructional skills to join our training department.

The role includes delivering training sessions at customer sites worldwide.

• Develop interactive learning materials, presentations, guides, and support content in Hebrew and English
• Design and build training programs
• Deliver training sessions to customers and professional teams worldwide
• Work closely with development, operations, and engineering teams
• Quickly learn and implement new technological systems and platforms

• Proven experience in developing interactive learning content (Articulate Storyline or similar) – mandatory
• Experience in delivering training on technological and/or autonomous systems – mandatory
• Experience in building training programs
• Strong technical orientation and ability to quickly learn complex systems
• High level of English - spoken and written
• Full proficiency in Office applications, especially PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
