UA Creative Animation Lead - Ilyon

Ilyon is a leading mobile gaming company renowned for delivering world-class entertainment to millions of players globally, driven by creativity, innovation, and a passion for engaging experiences.

We are seeking a UA Creative Lead to spearhead creative marketing efforts across all our casual puzzle games and help shape the future of our studio as part of an elite team of professionals. In this role, you will coach, mentor, inspire, and lead a team of marketing creative animators across Ilyon’s casual mobile portfolio, building an environment where team members have the autonomy, context, and support to take ownership, make data-backed decisions, and grow into future production leaders.



The Role

• Manage, mentor, and lead a team of marketing creative animators.
• Structure marketing creative strategy for all catalog games (both video and playable assets) 
• Oversee large-scale creative production for user acquisition (UA).
• Analyze daily performance data to optimize creative production. 
• Research market trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize and enhance creative workflows.
• Contribute hands-on to 2D, 3D, and playable asset creation when needed.

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring creative teams.
• Creative and innovative thinking.
• Strong background in 2D/3D design.
• Mastery of After Effects and Photoshop, with strong animation capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI tools in creative and video production workflows.
• Experience in UA and familiarity with campaign management fundamentals.
• Familiarity with playable ad formats.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong team-player mindset.
• An organized and structured approach to task management, project planning, and documentation.
• Full fluency in English.
