UI/UX & Creative Designer - Helfy

We're looking for a creative designer who enjoys working across both digital UI/UX design and marketing design. You'll help improve the user experience of a fast-growing digital platform while creating engaging visual content that strengthens our brand across social media and digital channels.

UI/UX Design

• Design and improve intuitive mobile and desktop experiences across our digital platform.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
• Prototype new features and user interactions in Figma.
• Continuously optimize the user experience through thoughtful, user-centered design.

Creative Design

• Design engaging visual content for social media and other digital channels.
• Create marketing assets for campaigns, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Transform complex ideas into clear, visually compelling designs.
• Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and maintain a strong visual identity.
• Contribute creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX and Marketing Design.
• Proven experience designing responsive websites and web-based products, with a strong understanding of modern web UX patterns.
• Experience creating marketing assets and social media content.
• Excellent knowledge of Figma.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design.
• Solid understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and usability.
• Good typography, layout, and visual design skills.
• Ability to explain design decisions and think from the user's perspective.
• Fluent English.
