Plan and Execute Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other emerging platforms to achieve monthly acquisition targets
Budget & Performance Management: Manage budget allocation and pacing to meet acquisition targets while continuously monitoring key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC) to implement optimizations
Creative Strategy: Partner with Creative and Web teams to develop and test creative assets and landing pages, maximizing conversion rates through data-driven experimentation
Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies to improve performance and efficiency
Data & Attribution: Collaborate with the Analytics team to ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting accuracy across all UA channels (using tools like GA4, Appsflyer, and Similarweb data)
Strategic Reporting: Deliver data-driven insights and present weekly and monthly performance reports to management to inform campaign optimization and cross-functional growth initiatives
Has a minimum of 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in a B2B or B2C environment
Possesses hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube , along with a working knowledge of campaign setup and optimization
Is proficient in GA4, Excel/Sheets , and reporting dashboards, with a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and performance marketing KPIs
Has excellent analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from campaign data and attention to detail
Is a strong communicator (fluent in English) who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Is curious and proactive, always looking to test new channels, tactics, and creative approaches to drive results
Demonstrates ownership by taking accountability for campaign performance and proactively seeking improvement opportunities
