Own Bringg's design system - components, patterns, tokens, documentation - at a level that PMs can reliably use without hand-holding Build and maintain the AI prompting guides and design templates PMs use to generate designs with Claude Review high-stakes flows and new patterns before they ship, with clear, opinionated UX feedback Coach five PMs with varying UX maturity - mostly async - helping them produce more consistent, considered designs over time Define and hold the UX standards the whole team works to 6+ years of UX/product design experience across web and mobile (iOS and Android) Experience owning or significantly shaping a design system Strong UX fundamentals and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly - to PMs, not just other designers Comfortable leading through influence rather than headcount Async-first working style; the team spans multiple time zones Open to AI-assisted design workflows - hands-on experience is a plus
