Work with internal stakeholders and product teams to translate raw, shifting requirements into clear technical solutions. Leverage 100% Agentic Coding workflows to maintain exceptional development velocity and capability. Diagnose and resolve issues across the entire feature stack with a strong bias for action. Apply critical thinking to separate essential business value from noise, actively identifying risks and challenging requirements when appropriate. 5+ years of meaningful software engineering experience. Proven experience of delivering software to customers and a willingness to work on any part of the tech stack. Daily proficiency with Agentic Coding approach (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.). High comfort level with ambiguity, dynamic environments, and self-directed execution. Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, product-first approach to problem-solving. Hybrid Work Model: This role supports a flexible hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site in the office, per company policy. Hands-on experience developing LLM applications (most notable: Evaluations and RAG). Background as an early-stage startup employee, founder, or active side-project builder.
