AWS Cloud Operation - Abra Rnd

abra's Operations division is seeking an AWS Cloud Operations Specialist to join our team in Raanana.

We are looking for an experienced operations professional who will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handle billing operations, and provide operational support to customers in an AWS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of onboarding and offboarding processes for customers.
• Managing AWS Payee Central and handling billing operations with the payer.
• Processing and tracking monthly billing for all customers.
• Maintaining compliance and PLES (Partner Led ENT Support) records.
• Coordinating SOW delivery logistics and contract management.
• Providing operational support to customers and internal support (helpdesk).

Must have:

• At least 3 years of experience in AWS operational management and MSP processes.
• Experience working with: AWS, Salesforce, Monday.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS).
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Experience working with Monday.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in operations roles.
• High proficiency in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
• High level of independent work ability.
• Text analysis skills.

• Ability to work with AI tools.
