Business Unit Marketing Manager - VPG Sensors

00M in annual orders. Based in Holon, this is a hands-on leadership role: the BU Marketing Manager runs a small marketing team, sets the BU marketing agenda, and acts as the senior marketing partner to the business leadership and sales.

The role sits at the intersection of corporate marketing strategy and BU-level execution. It requires the judgment to translate corporate brand standards, martech platforms, and commercial priorities into programs that grow pipeline and orders for a specific technical, industrial customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Business Unit Marketing Leadership

•     Own the annual marketing strategy and plan for the Business Unit, aligned to BU commercial targets and corporate marketing strategy

•     Act as the senior marketing partner to the BU General Manager and sales leadership, translating commercial priorities into marketing programs

•     Manage the BU marketing budget and prioritize investment across campaigns, content, and channels

Team Leadership

•     Lead, coach, and develop the BU marketing team, setting priorities and quality standards for content, digital, and campaign execution

•     Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors supporting marketing programs

•     Build team capability in digital marketing, technical content, and use of the corporate martech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce)

Demand Generation & Commercial Marketing

•     Design and run marketing programs that build pipeline and drive orders across BU's technical and industrial end markets

•     Own campaign and funnel performance for the BU (leads, conversion, orders), reporting against corporate KPI standards

•     Lead marketing planning and execution for trade shows, technical webinars, and distributor marketing activities

•     Support account-based marketing efforts in coordination with sales leadership on strategic accounts

Content, Brand & Digital

•     Direct the development of technical marketing content, including datasheets, application notes, case studies, and technical papers, in close collaboration with engineering and field application teams

•     Ensure all BU marketing materials meet corporate brand and messaging standards
