Charm Security - Operations Manager - Team8

Charm Security is looking for an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations behind our office, employee experience, and events.

This is a highly hands-on role at a fast-growing startup. You’ll make sure our office runs smoothly every day, create a great experience for our employees, and own the operational execution of company and customer events in Israel and abroad.

The role is ideal for someone who loves making things happen, pays attention to the small details, and takes ownership from start to finish. From making sure the office is fully stocked and ready each morning, to organizing a company event or coordinating the logistics of an event with customers overseas - you’ll be the person making sure everything comes together.

As Charm grows, the scope of the role will grow with it, with increasing ownership across company operations, events, and global activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day operations of Charm’s office, ensuring it is organized, well-maintained, fully stocked, and a great place for the team to work
• Manage office vendors and services, including cleaning, food and supplies, facilities, parking, equipment, maintenance, and other ongoing office needs
• Own and continuously improve the employee experience, including team activities, company events, holidays, gifts, wellbeing initiatives, and other employee programs
• Support employee onboarding from an operational perspective, ensuring employees have everything they need from day one
• Plan and execute company events and offsites in Israel, owning logistics and coordination end-to-end
• Manage the operational execution of Charm’s customer, partner, and industry events abroad, including venues, vendors, shipments, materials, travel logistics, and on-the-ground coordination
• Work closely with teams across Charm to support additional operational projects and company initiatives as the organization grows

• 2+ years of experience in operations, office operations, employee experience, event operations, or a similar hands-on role
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple operational responsibilities and projects
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of ownership, reliability, and attention to detail
• Fluent Hebrew and strong professional English
