ERP Implementation Specialist - Abra Rnd

abra professional services is seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Specialist with a strong focus on logistics processes.

In this role, you will implement ERP solutions while working closely with business users to understand their needs and support key logistics processes, including inventory, procurement, and warehouse management.

This is a full-time position located in central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and deploy ERP systems across the organization.

• Implement and support logistics processes, including inventory, procurement, and warehouse management.

• Gather and analyze requirements from users and business stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.

• Collaborate closely with Development and QA teams throughout the implementation process.

• Provide ongoing support and training to end users.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in ERP implementation – mandatory.

• Experience and strong understanding of logistics processes, including inventory, procurement, and warehouse management – mandatory.

• Experience working directly with users and business stakeholders, including requirements gathering, needs analysis, and writing functional specifications – mandatory.

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills – mandatory.

• Flexible mindset, strong listening skills, and ability to work collaboratively – mandatory.

Advantages:

• Understanding of business processes, preferably within a retail environment.

• Academic degree.

• Background or certification in Information Systems Analysis.
