Identity Infrastructure Specialist - Abra Rnd

abra professional services is seeking a Identity Infrastructure Specialist!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, install, manage, and maintain Identity Management (IDM / IAM) infrastructure.
• Ensure system stability, high availability, and optimal performance.
• Manage and operate Linux / Unix and Windows servers.
• Work with LDAP infrastructure and application servers.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and investigate incidents in mission-critical environments.
• Collaborate with Information Security, Networking teams, and external vendors.
• Author installation guides, operational procedures, and technical documentation.
• Work within cloud environments, including AWS and Entra ID.
• Lead infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Must-Have:

• Proven experience in server and infrastructure installation, management, and maintenance
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments
• Hands-on experience with Linux / Unix environments
• Strong knowledge and experience with Active Directory and LDAP
• Experience in troubleshooting complex issues within Enterprise environments
• Familiarity with Information Security concepts (Firewalls, Certificates, Secrets, Keys)
• Strong task and complex project management capabilities
• High level of personal accountability, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours for maintenance or critical issue resolution as needed

Significant Advantage:

• Experience with Identity Management systems (IDM / IAM)
• Scripting experience in PowerShell
• Familiarity with IBM Identity products (ISIM, ISAM, WebSEAL)
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure)
• Strong self-learning abilities
