Group Product Manager, Product Solutions - Unframe

Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints (required) 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers

We're looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions delivered on the Unframe platform. This is a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where many problems are not predefined. Working directly with customers, you'll deeply understand their needs, identify the right problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver meaningful business value. We work on-site from our offices in Tel Aviv. You will operate as a product leader with end-to-end ownership, shaping opportunities and driving 0→1 products and POCs from first idea to deployed solution.
