Head of AI Solutions-R&D and Innovation Center - Deloitte

Deloitte R&D and Innovation Center is looking for a Head of AI Solutions.

We are looking for a senior, client-facing technology leader to shape, sell, and deliver high-impact AI and agentic-AI solutions for leading organizations in Israel.

This is a growth-oriented role for someone who can earn the trust of CIOs and business executives, translate complex business challenges into compelling solution strategies, and lead successful delivery from first conversation through execution.

You will work alongside Deloitte’s go-to-market, consulting, engineering, data, and AI teams to develop strategic client opportunities and turn them into scalable, production-ready solutions.

The role combines commercial acumen, enterprise architecture expertise, and hands-on leadership of complex technology programs.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the full client journey for AI and agentic-AI opportunities, from opportunity shaping and executive discovery to presales, proposal development, solution design, commercialization, and delivery oversight.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business executives; lead executive conversations that connect AI investment to measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with Deloitte’s go-to-market leaders to originate and advance strategic opportunities in the Israeli market, contribute to account plans, and support the development of a sustainable sales pipeline.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise engagements, combining organizational data, AI and machine-learning capabilities, cloud platforms, enterprise applications, integrations, and operating-model considerations.
• Shape agentic AI solutions, including agent orchestration, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, human-in-the-loop workflows, security controls, observability, evaluation, and production operations.
• Develop clear, compelling client proposals, solution blueprints, value cases, and delivery approaches that balance client value, technical feasibility, delivery risk, and commercial viability.
• Own the transition from presales to delivery, ensuring that the scope, solution, estimate, milestones, responsibilities, and client expectations agreed during the sales process are executable.
• Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams, including engineers, architects, data scientists, and product specialists; manage delivery plans, dependencies, risks, milestones, and senior client communication.
• Establish quality and success measures for AI solutions, including business outcomes, adoption, task success, reliability, tool-use accuracy, latency, cost, safety, and responsible-AI requirements.
• Guide clients through technical and organizational decisions on data readiness, platform selection, governance, security, privacy, and change adoption.
• Build reusable Deloitte assets, reference architectures, accelerators, and solution patterns that strengthen differentiation and accelerate future engagements.
• Represent Deloitte’s AI and engineering capabilities in client forums, executive workshops, industry events, and thought-leadership activities.

• 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise solution architecture, systems integration, or technology-led professional services.
• Proven experience leading complex presales and solution-design processes, including shaping large-scale engagements, developing proposals, and presenting to senior client stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility with C-suite and senior technology leaders and to translate business priorities into practical technology roadmaps and investment cases.
• Strong enterprise architecture expertise across cloud, data platforms, APIs and integrations, security, software engineering, and enterprise applications.
• Practical knowledge of generative AI and agentic systems, including LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration, evaluation, observability, and responsible AI.
• Experience with, or strong working knowledge of, tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, or comparable platforms for agent orchestration, tracing, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Experience leading the delivery of complex technology programs, including team leadership, client governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery assurance.
• Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to articulate value, shape delivery models, and contribute to successful deal qualification and closing.
• Exceptional written, presentation, and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience working for a leading technology services provider, systems integrator, consulting firm, or enterprise software organization.
• Experience delivering AI, data, cloud, or digital-transformation programs for large Israeli enterprises.
• Familiarity with LLMOps and MLOps, AI governance, data governance, cyber security, privacy, and regulatory considerations.
• Experience working with global delivery teams or supporting international client engagements.
