NetSuite Implementer - Deloitte

Deloitte’s the leading and largest consulting firm in the world, is looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance Lead to join our NetSuite Practice.

to drive complex client engagements, lead high-performing teams, and shape the growth of our Finance practice. The ideal candidate combines strong business and financial expertise with exceptional leadership, project delivery, and stakeholder management capabilities. The role requires working closely with clients, leading strategic initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior business and finance executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale NetSuite Finance implementation and transformation projects.
• Manage and mentor consultants and project teams, fostering professional growth and delivery excellence.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, including Finance Directors, CFOs, and other senior stakeholders.
• Lead workshops, solution design discussions, and executive-level meetings.
• Oversee project delivery, risk management, and resolution of complex business and operational challenges.
• Contribute to methodology development, business growth, and Finance practice leadership.

• 8+ years of experience in ERP implementation, consulting, finance transformation, or project leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex client-facing projects.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into effective solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading workshops and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• NetSuite experience and background in consulting or system implementation – advantage.
