2+ years of experience in end-to-end in-house recruitment Proven track record hiring across multiple functions: Tech, Go-to-Market, and Executive roles Global recruiting experience - managing hiring processes across different locations Strong analytical mindset - comfortable using data to guide strategy and decisions Exceptional relationship-building skills with both hiring managers and candidates Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a dynamic environment Native or fluent Hebrew and English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Recruiter to join our global team at Riskified. This position is a temporary role for 8 months. As a Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and the employer branding team. You'll support hiring across a range of functions - from tech to business roles - ensuring a strategic, high-quality candidate experience throughout.
