Risk Consultant - Deloitte

Deloitte, the world’s leading business and technology solutions firm, is looking for a Consultant to join our Compliance Risk Management team.

The role provides advisory services to leading financial institutions—including banks, credit card companies, and insurance companies—in Israel and internationally, across compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), and enforcement.

The team specializes in:

• Advising on compliance with regulatory requirements, laws, and regulations.
• Conducting compliance and enforcement reviews and assessments.
• Designing audit plans and conducting compliance and enforcement audits.
• Developing work procedures, policies, and governance documents.
• Supporting organizations in strengthening and enhancing their compliance frameworks and controls.

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and qualification as an Attorney-at-Law.
• 2-4 years of experience in the fields of compliance and enforcement, preferably from a law firm specializing in compliance and regulatory enforcement.
• High level of proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

הצוות מתמחה ב:

• ייעוץ בנושא עמידה בדרישות רגולטוריות, חוקים ותקנות
• ביצוע סקירות והערכות בתחומי הציות והאכיפה
• תכנון תוכניות ביקורת וביצוע ביקורות ציות ואכיפה
• פיתוח נהלי עבודה, מדיניות ומסמכי ממשל בתחומי הציות
• תמיכה בארגונים בחיזוק ובשיפור מסגרות הציות והבקרות שלהם

דרישות

• תואר ראשון במשפטים (LL.B.) והסמכה כעורך/ת דין
• ניסיון של 2–4 שנים בתחומי הציות והאכיפה, רצוי במשרד עורכי דין המתמחה בציות ובאכיפה רגולטורית
• שליטה ברמה גבוהה באנגלית – חובה
• יכולת ביטוי מצוינת בכתב ובעל פה
• שליטה מלאה ביישומי Microsoft Office
