We’re a fast-growing startup looking for a sharp, high-energy Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

• 3+ years of hands-on, end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within the cybersecurity industry — strong advantage.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn sourcing and proactive candidate outreach.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment — advantage.
• Highly organized, with strong follow-up and process-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple open roles and priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with Hiring Managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• High ownership, resourcefulness, and a hands-on, can-do approach.
• Proactive and curious, with a drive to continuously improve the way things are done.
• Comfortable receiving feedback, learning, and adapting quickly.
• Interested in growing into broader People / HR responsibilities over time.
• Experience working with ATS and HR systems.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar tools to improve recruiting workflows — advantage.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles, with a strong focus on technical hiring - from sourcing and CV screening through interviews, coordination, offer stages, and closing.
• Build strong talent pipelines through proactive and creative sourcing, primarily through LinkedIn and additional sourcing channels.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to deeply understand hiring needs, define role profiles, and drive effective hiring processes.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously with a high level of ownership, independence, and attention to detail.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that is fast, thoughtful, professional, and human.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, candidate statuses, and process updates in the ATS.
• Track recruiting data and hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and continuously improve processes.
• Leverage ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and AI tools to create smarter and more efficient recruiting workflows.
• Contribute to broader People initiatives, including employer branding, onboarding, employee experience, and company culture.
