Treasurer - Maytronics

Overall responsibility for managing the Company’s and Group’s Treasury activities, with a focus on cash flow management, liquidity sources, banking operations, and financial risk exposures in Israel and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and closely manage the Company’s and Group’s cash flow and liquidity sources, including short- and medium-term cash flow forecasting.
• Manage ongoing relationships with banks and financial institutions in Israel and abroad, including credit facilities, loans, guarantees, deposits, commercial terms, signing authorities, and related banking matters.
• Manage foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate exposures and execute hedging transactions in accordance with Company policy.
• Manage the payment process, including preparation of payments, obtaining required approvals, and executing payments to suppliers, employees, government authorities, financial institutions, and other stakeholders, in compliance with Company policies and signing authority requirements across the Group.
• Optimize cash balances, funding sources, and intercompany fund transfers within the Group.
• Monitor compliance with financial covenants and obligations toward banks and financing institutions.
• Improve treasury processes, controls, and operating procedures.
• Manage passive income streams (such as sublease rental income and similar activities).

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics – mandatory.
• At least 8 years of experience as a Treasurer in a full-time role within a medium-sized or large organization – mandatory.
• Significant experience working directly with banks in Israel and internationally.
• Proven experience in cash flow, liquidity, and credit management.
• Hands-on experience managing foreign exchange exposures and executing hedging transactions.
• Experience managing payment operations and payment controls.
• Fluent to near-native English proficiency – mandatory.
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory.
• Advantage: Experience with Priority ERP and treasury management systems.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
