8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven track record developing and executing product strategy for B2B SaaS products, including managing managers or a remote/distributed team of product managers. Prior experience from a cybersecurity company - a must. Strong analytical, communication, and executive presentation skills - able to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior executives. Experience working with large enterprise customers and global sales and services teams. Domain expertise in Identity or AI Security - including familiarity with IGA, IAM, NHI, or CIEM - a strong plus, not required. Experience navigating a strategic pivot or a post-acquisition product integration. Willingness to travel periodically to attend conferences, visit remote teams, and engage global stakeholders.
