This is a temp position for 6-9 months starting in Mid November.

What You’ll Do?

• Employee Experience: Plan, coordinate, and execute company-wide events, celebrations, and culture-building activities. Drive engagement through thoughtful activities and personalized gifts.
• Internal Communications & Operations: Oversee smooth office logistics and ensure a pleasant work environment. Handle administrative tasks and manage internal communications across various platforms (Slack, Emails, Confluence).
• HRIS management: Manage all employee records, updates, and HR system operations
• Finance & Vendor Management: Manage relationships and payments to suppliers and service providers, working closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Office Relocation Project: Lead and oversee the company’s office relocation project during December–January, managing external vendors, logistics, setup, and employee transition to ensure a seamless move.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in a similar position within a high-tech environment.
• Proven experience managing large-scale operational projects, specifically leading office relocations – must.
• Strong proficiency in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal) – must.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication, proactive approach, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• proven ability to use GenAI tools to optimize daily tasks, draft communications, and improve operational efficiency.
• A Bachelor’s degree – preferred.
