IT System Engineer - Cato Networks

5+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering, IT Infrastructure, or Cloud Infrastructure. Strong experience with AWS and enterprise cloud environments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, IAM, SSO, and identity federation. Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and/or PowerShell. Strong practical experience using AI tools to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, research, documentation, and IT automation, with an understanding of how to validate AI-generated output and use it securely. Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and firewalls. Strong hands-on experience with MDM and endpoint management, including both Kandji and Microsoft Intune. Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere/ESXi. Experience with APIs and automation tools; Terraform experience is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently own complex technical issues. Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced global environment.
