Own the full product lifecycle for your area end-to-end - discovery, solution definition, delivery, outcomes, and post-launch learning. Act as our customers’ partner on the inside - spend real time with customers and advocate for their needs in every prioritization decision. Make decisions based on evidence you’ve constructed yourself to deliver real, measurable outcomes. Design and ship AI-powered capabilities to move fast and at scale. Partner closely with GTM, KYC, Compliance, and Risk teams - become fluent enough in their world to collaborate effectively, and drive initiatives responsibly. Communicate decisions clearly and proactively. Stakeholders should always know what the team is doing and why - without needing to ask. Leverage AI tools to raise the bar on how the team works - accelerate research, synthesis, and execution, while you do the thinking. 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of owning business outcomes aimed at growth, activation, or funnel-driven product areas. Experienced in setting product strategy: You build the roadmap, make the case for it, and adjust as you learn. Customer centric: You think in terms of business impact through solving real customers’ problems. Hands-on experience building AI-powered product features - this is a MUST. Using AI tools to move faster in your own workflow doesn't meet the bar. Incredible communicator who brings structure to discussions full of competing priorities, knows how to tailor context for different audiences, and whom stakeholders trust to make the right call. Energized by ambiguity and cross-functional complexity - you enjoy building alignment across teams and challenge assumptions - including your own. Technically fluent. You understand how systems work well enough to have substantive conversations with engineers and make trade-offs.
