Bookkeeper Team Lead - Paragon

We are looking for an experienced and highly professional Bookkeeper Team Lead to join our Finance team and take a key role in managing the company’s day-to-day accounting operations and monthly close processes.

The Bookkeeper Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping, maintaining strong accounting processes, and supporting the Controllers and broader Finance team in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Own and manage the company’s day-to-day bookkeeping activities and accounting records.
• Lead and oversee the bookkeeping team, including task allocation, professional guidance, review, and quality control.
• Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of the books.
• Manage accounts payable processes, including vendor invoices, payments, employee expenses, and Mesh cards.
• Support intercompany accounting and reconciliations across group entities.
• Work closely with the Finance Controllers and other members of the Finance team to continuously improve the monthly close process.
• Support external audits and provide accounting documentation and reconciliations as required.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale bookkeeping and accounting processes.

• Certified Bookkeeper – Type 3 certification – required.
• At least 7 years of relevant bookkeeping experience, preferably in a high-tech or global company.
• 2-3 years of managing experience- required
• Experience working with NetSuite – required
• Strong Excel skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across Finance functions.
• Fluent Hebrew and good English, both written and spoken.
