3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, backend engineering, or a similar field 2+ years of practical experience with Python, Spark, and PySpark Experience building ETL processes and working with big-data technologies such as Pub/Sub Familiarity with Terraform and CI/CD methodologies Experience building or operating data pipelines in a SaaS production cloud environment Versatile developer who learns new tools and technologies quickly, uses AI effectively, and applies sound engineering judgment Strong collaborator and independent contributor with excellent communication skills Growth-minded, pragmatic problem solver who simplifies complexity and iterates quickly from MVPs using data and feedback

Co-own the roadmap and backlog . Own parts of the product backlog, collaborate on defining and scoping future vision of the product roadmap. Implementing features . From the proposal through spec and implementation to maintenance. You're expected to propose things that you think can be an excellent addition to the products Reviewing code . We believe in code reviews. And you will soon start reviewing pull requests as well! Improving the health of the codebase . We’re mindful of accumulating technical debt. We dedicate one day per week to housekeeping Providing feedback . The team plans and discusses the upcoming work. We provide feedback to each other, trying to find challenges and unknowns as early as possible
