The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Copywriter who can turn consumer insights, performance data, and creative direction into high-performing ad copy.

While the main responsibility is writing, this is not a “text-only” role. We’re looking for someone who can see the full picture: the audience, the offer, the funnel, the visual direction, the platform, and the data behind the creative.

A strong Copywriter at Quality Score knows how to write hooks, scripts, headlines, CTAs, and ad concepts — but also has the curiosity and ability to understand consumer behavior, analyze what is working, and collaborate visually with designers, editors, Creative Strategists, and Campaign Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Write hooks, angles, scripts, headlines, CTAs, and ad copy variations.
• Turn consumer research, creative briefs, and performance insights into strong copy concepts.
• Develop copy for UGC, VSLs, static ads, quiz funnels, product-page ads, and other performance creatives.
• Understand the full creative asset — not just the words — including flow, visuals, pacing, and message hierarchy.
• Work closely with Creative Strategists, designers, editors, and Campaign Managers.
• Review performance feedback and improve copy based on data and learnings.



• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing copywriting and direct-response copywriting.
• Experience writing performance-driven copy: ad scripts, hooks, headlines, CTAs, and creative concepts.
• Data fluency — able to read performance data, spot patterns, and use insights to improve creative direction. 
• Research skills — knows how to dig into reviews, comments, competitors, forums, and audience pain points to find strong consumer insights 
• Strong visual thinking — able to understand how copy works together with design, video, pacing, and creative structure.
• Ability to work quickly, handle feedback, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, or copy developmen
• English - fluent level
